This is a family household, we ( the Landlords) live upstairs. Our son who goes to UBC, and his roommates - a hardworking couple who just graduated from business school live in the suite. They are all friends, hard workers, in a positive family setting. We are looking for someone who fits into this environment. No smoking, partying, or late night noise.
