The whole apartment is 2 bed, 2 bath. When renting you will have a fully furnished private bedroom with a large closet that has some built in storage cabinets. The bathroom is mostly private but would be shared with guests. Kitchen, in suit laundry, tv (with subscriptions) and living spaces are shared (and included). There is a parking space as well but that is extra. A bit about me (roommate): Hi, my name is Kaitlyn and I am 19 years old. I am a student at Vancouver Film School, it is my first year and I am in the Foundations of Art program with the intention of going into directing and writing.
