Hello! I own a new 2br/2ba condo at 3rd & Chesterfield (Lower Lonsdale) and am looking for a roommate! The building is only a few years old, so everything is still relatively new. It features a high-end appliance package, engineered hardwood floors, quartz countertops, air conditioning, and a fully furnished living room & kitchen. About me: I’m 34 years old but get along with people of all ages. My girlfriend lives in Vancouver but is often over on weekends. I’m really easy going and friendly and have a good sense of humour (or so I like to think). I’m very neat and tidy which is SUPER important to me as I like to keep my place looking pristine! If you leave dishes out, don’t take turns cleaning up etc., it won’t work.
