1220 Madison Ave, Burnaby, BC

Hello! I am subletting a room in my spacious two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment. $1000 includes wifi and hydro. Great location between Brentwood and The Heights! Five minute drive and 15 minute transit to BCIT. The bedroom is unfurnished but the common areas are furnished (The photos are from before my current housemate moved her furniture out). We also have a shared storage room on our floor of the building. My bedroom has a half bath ensuite so we mostly share the main bathroom for the shower and guests. My ideal roommate is friendly, respectful, considerate and all the usual traits of a good roommate haha. I’m a 34 year old easygoing introvert. I keep to myself a lot but also enjoy sharing a meal or watching movies together once in a while. I like live music and other events and enjoy having friends over from time to time. I’m generally pretty quiet but sometimes the music just needs to be turned up for a living room dance party. I want my housemate to feel fully at home here ...
