Rent includes WIFI and reasonable use of utilities. 5 min to UBC by bus or by bike, 10-15 mins walking distance to the beach and several buses to downtown. If interested, please introduce yourself and all your roommates (full names, work/study status, profession/major, etc.), your desired move in date and the length of tenancy so we can follow up on your request.
