For Jun 30/Jul 1st. This unusual character 2.4 bedroom is unique in many ways, and in a great location. Not like your parents’ place in the suburbs, it is done creatively in retro/heritage style. The suite is upstairs in part of the TOP floor, a hike up 3 floors to get there from the backdoor entrance of a 1910 heritage house. The suite has a Douglas fir beam and fir flooring and , and old-style 1950s kitchen tile, and a kitchen bar with bar stools. The heat system is piped hot water, so you don't breathe anyone else's air. It has a long narrow, east-facing sundeck with planters for you gardeners. There is a small glass bay window for plants in the kitchen. With many windows inside, it has views in all 5 directions, if you look up through the 5 skylights. There is room for a bed in the 0.4 bedroom nook, or it could be a small office space. Skylights are in the kitchen and above the shower (I borrowed the idea from Joni Mitchell's place up the coast), and one bedroom has 3 skylights. T...
