Hey there! Looking for a comfy place near UBC? Conveniently located just a 15- 20 minutes bus ride from campus. Long-term stays are welcome and preferred available starting from August 23, 2025. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to groceries and transit — the perfect spot for students, interns, and visiting researchers alike. We currently have 1 room available for rent: Room B: $1300/month – more spacious rooms with windows and a desk All rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and lamp. You'll also have shared access to the kitchen, living room, and laundry facilities. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.
