My wife and I travel frequently for work and, during high season, occasionally host our upper unit on Airbnb. We operate with strict quiet hours from 10pm–7am and have not experienced issues or complaints from neighbours or within the home. We are also open to tenants who enjoy travel and may wish to participate in home exchange platforms such as Kindred (subject to approval). This setup is best suited for tenants comfortable in a well-managed, shared home environment.
