Hello, We are seeking a clean and responsible individual or a couple to rent our 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom basement suite. The house is quite new and is located in the Lower Lonsdale area of North Vancouver, in a very quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. The suite is very bright, featuring wall-size windows and a glass panel door facing south and west. Lonsdale Quay/ The Seabus Terminal / Central Lonsdale facilities are all within walking distance, making it very convenient for commuting to downtown, or even taking an evening or weekend walk and Seabus ride (we do that all the time!). There are many Quay market shops, coffee bars, and restaurants just minutes away, as well as the Central Lonsdale library and shopping area, all of which within walking distance. Lots of beautiful parks in the area as well. We are a family of three living on the top floor and prefer to rent to a maximum of two occupants.
