Subletting a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cozy, spacious apartment downtown, near Sherbourne and Wellesley, for three months. Everything included, even hydro, tv and wifi. I am a student at UofT and I will be studying abroad this semester from September to November, so I will be subletting my apartment from September 1st to November 31st, as I will be returning December 2nd. If possible, I am looking for a professional, clean, quiet and responsible individual. If possible I would prefer a female ( just for cleanliness sake), but I don't mind anyone at all as long as you are clean and responsible. Please, serious inquirers only.
