Mattress is included, or you can bring your own, but bringing your own rolling chair is encouraged! If you prefer an unfurnished unit, I can move the furniture out. Due to shared common areas, a female tenant is preferred! Shared areas include a washroom upstairs, washroom downstairs on the main level, and the stove/fridge/dishwaster/microwave. There is laundry and dryer on-site. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to Walmart, Chatime, LCBO, bus stop. Fifteen minutes by bus to Sheridan College (Oakville Campus).
