I have one separate rooms to rent with the sharing of the house a basement, first floor with everything and second floor with the rooms and bathroom with bathtub and a separate shower and also bathroom on first floor. You have the view of the forest in backyard and it’s available for December first 2025 or January 2026 will have private parking lot . I am the only person here I’m 52 So I’m looking for someone who doesn’t smoke cigarettes or drugs but alcohol like if the person is the type will drink one or two beers cool but the rest nope for reasons of bad experiences in the past .
