Large, furnished, basement bed/sitting room with attached private bathroom located on Forest Grove Drive in North Burnaby. The room has a small window, a double size bed, two closets, 6 drawer dresser, armoire, night table with lamp, loveseat and coffee table, 42 inch tv, refrigerator and microwave. All utilities are included along with Wifi and internet. Attached private bathroom includes shower and soaker tub. Washer and dryer is also available for use. Bed linens and bathroom towels can be provided if needed. We are looking for a mature, quiet, independent female (preferred due to shared spaces) student who can provide their own meals. Use of shared kitchen available if required. Parking is available across from our unit. There is a bus stop at the entrance to our complex and connects to SFU, Production station, Lake City station and Lougheed Town Centre. Lease length negotiable.
