The bedroom available is located in a quiet and convenient place near Champlain Square and Fraserview Golf Course. Both are within 5 minutes walking distance from the house and close to transit and hiking trails. The bedroom is $850 per month (not including utilities) with a shared washroom with another female roommate. Shared areas include a very large kitchen, washroom, laundry room, dining room, and a covered deck. No smoking, drinking, partying, and pets are allowed. The house is very comfortable with lots of sunshine and a big yard. We are looking to build a community and fellowship in this place. The room will be available on May 1st.
