One bedroom plus very small den legal basement apt in Clairlea (a very quiet and safe neighbourhood) with a separate entrance and a mailbox. You have recessed windows overlooking the lush front garden that provide an unusual lot of light for a basement. It is also a secondary exit in emergencies. The unit has all the basic appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer that are for your own use only. There is one parking in the driveway (we usually share keys to move the cars). It is steps to TTC and to all the shopping on Warden and Eglinton. The utilities are extra (usually 100$ more a month following the legal rule of 40% for you and the rest for me to pay). Internet is included. The credit check and all references are done by a company and you require show of ID to view the property.
