Hi there, We are renting a few rooms to students as short-term rental. We have a large house with 3 bedrooms for rent. We are a very warm and friendly family; I live alone. We would be providing breakfast and one other meal (either lunch or dinne with additional fee. Laundry available for additional fee. There is, also internet access. The price you pay is all-inclusive of rent and utilities and we would be asking for full payment in cash upon the arrival, unless your stay is more than 2 months, in that case we require payment of first and last month of rent upon arrival and 1st of each month thereafter. Each month thereafter. Monthly rent is $750 including utilities and internet. (Laundry not included). I'm sure you'd have a great and comfortable stay at my house :).
