I’m looking for an upper year or grad student or young professional woman to take over my lease. The house is located in White Hills. The bus stop for bus 31 is a 1 min walk away. This bus takes you straight onto Western Campus in about 15 minutes. The bus also takes you to Walmart, Winners, Sport Check, and many other stores in 5 minutes. You will share a full bathroom with two other girls, and there is also a shared half bath on the first floor, as well as a shared kitchen, living room and backyard with a fire pit. The owner of the house and his fiancee have a room in the basement, they are both recent Western graduates. There is also a very calm cat in the house. Lease term is flexible from 1-4 months long, May 1 to August 31, also can accommodate for early move in.
