The suite is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own entrance around the back and has parking available. The suite has a new washer and dryer, and a kitchen and dining area shared with the other tenant. All utilities and internet are included. It's located in West Central Burnaby and is about a 20 minute walk to both Joyce and Patterson Skytrain stations and a 30 minute walk to BCIT. The bedroom is best suited for an individual.
