You could be visiting UBC to take summer courses or be a UBC student who needs a room during the summer. I am leasing one of the rooms in this suite. You will be sharing a kitchen, washroom, common area, and laundry machine with four other roommates (one of them has his bathroom, so he won't be sharing a washroom). The room is right next to the kitchen, so it is accessible if you cook or eat often. I will be leasing this room between the period of MAY and AUGUST 2024 (four months)
