Looking for a roomate to share my 2 bed 1 bath appartment in rutland. great location a couple minutes from bus stops to ubco and oc, and a strip mall with resturants, grocery store, drugstore, etc. I have a cat and am not allowed to have any more pets on the property :(. Appartment is fully furnished and the room for rent has a bed and closet and I can get a desk for it if you want. Plenty of parking in front of the building if you come with a vehicle. I have the place until august 1st, and am looking for a roomate starting ASAP. I can be flexible on how long the lease is but preference for until april at least.
