Renting in Liberty Village, Toronto

Liberty Village fills the wedge between King Street West and the Gardiner Expressway in Toronto, from Strachan Avenue to Dufferin Street. Its surviving brick factory buildings now hold offices, studios, gyms and restaurants, among condo towers built since the mid 2000s, so almost every rental is a condo unit let by its owner. There is no subway, but the 504 King streetcar runs along the north edge, and GO trains from Exhibition reach Union Station in about nine minutes. Parkdale is just west, across Dufferin, and West Queen West is just north.
