Renting in Corktown, Toronto

Corktown is the small neighbourhood east of Parliament Street in Toronto, running toward the Don River around King Street East, between Queen Street and the rail corridor. Its side streets mix older row houses with newer condos, so rentals are condo units and flats in older houses, and Corktown Common is a few minutes east. There is no subway nearby, but the 504 King streetcar reaches King Station on Line 1 in about 11 minutes. The Distillery District is just south, and Moss Park is just west, across Parliament.
