This cozy, clean, and fully furnished room is located on the ground floor of a house (not a basement) with a private entrance, just minutes from Langara College. Available starting August 1, 2026. The room includes a queen-size bed with a firm mattress, a desk, chair, dresser, and floor lamp, providing a comfortable and functional living space. You'll share the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas with two male housemates who have lived in the house for over two years. They are quiet, respectful, and rarely cook, making for a clean and peaceful shared environment. The house stays warm and comfortable throughout the winter (October to April) thanks to an efficient in-floor heating system. Landlord is very supportive. Many common space so we are also looking for someone who can get along with others and keep the space in good condition.
