I’m Emma… I am 25 and I just graduated from a 5 year dual degree program with a Bachelors of Music (piano) and Bachelors of Education. I am from the interior of BC and have lived here in the city for 6 years. I have a 4 year old Newfie pup and we are looking for a lovely person to share this home with. Our other housemate Ella is a super cool anthropology student at UBC. Our third roomate has to leave early and so this agreement would be a lease takeover from start date until August 31st, 2027. The room is 1200$/month. Available: December 1st or at earliest November 15th.
