Description3 bedrooms renovated basement suite in a quiet Point Grey area close to UBC available for a minimum of 8 months lease (i.e. September through April). The suite has a separate entrance, fridge, stove and washer/dryer in the unit. Rent includes WIFI and reasonable use of utilities. 5 min to UBC by bus or by bike, 10-15 mins walking distance to the beach and several buses to downtown. If interested, please introduce yourself and all your roommates (full names, work/study status, profession/major, etc.), your desired move in date and the length of tenancy so we can follow up on your request. If any of this info is missing, sorry, we can't proceed to the next step with application. The suite is rented as a whole, not per individual rooms.
