It's 2 minutes to Stoney Trail, 3 to Crowfoot Trail, and just over 5 minutes to Hwy 1 west and our beautiful mountain escapes. Driveway and lots of street parking available. The home is clean and bright with genuine hardwood floors on the main level and stainless steel kitchen appliances. A nice wood sundeck overlooks the open South facing back yard and fire pit there.
