Unfortunately, there can be no extensions as my contract ends on June 30th, and the landlord has already found a new tenant to take over. Both rooms are fully furnished with a twin bed, desk, chair, closet, and extra storage space. A shared washroom is included. You will also have access to the kitchen and living room, which you will share with the other tenant. The den has a closet for storage and a study area near the living room and kitchen. The other person who lives in the other bedroom is friendly and does not cook often. She has her own bathroom, so the bathroom will only be shared among 2 people. There is only 1 occupant allowed in each room. The bedroom size was just an estimate.
