The Hat at Five Corners is a contemporary apartment building located in downtown Edmonton on 95 Street and 102 Avenue. It contributes to The City of Edmonton’s Quarters Downtown Community Revitalization project. The redevelopment initiative aims at prioritizing culture and inclusion with the vision of a healthy and dynamic community that respects the unique character of existing neighbourhoods while welcoming new residents and contemporary space. The Hat offers 360 degrees of unobstructed views of the river valley and downtown skyline, state of the art amenities including a fitness centre, bike storage, and rooftop patio.
