Journal in Jubilee is a contemporary six-storey building developed by Aryze Developments in collaboration with Sanpra Real Estate. The project features a distinctive architectural design inspired by a student’s bookcase, characterized by horizontal "shelves" and textured metal panels. Located at the corner of Fort and Fern Streets, the building is situated in a highly walkable transit hub just 400 meters from the Royal Jubilee Hospital and approximately 2 km from Downtown Victoria. The development includes a ground-floor commercial unit and residential rental suites above, ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts. The interiors are noted for their playful finishes, including terrazzo-style flooring and custom "desert rose" cabinetry.
