Verde Condo represents the final building in the multi-phase Allenbury Gardens project undertaken in partnership with Toronto Community Housing. A former low-density community in the Fairview Mall neighbourhood dating back to the early 1960s, the development is now being revitalized by successfully integrating social community housing and market condos.
