The room comes fully furnished with a bed and mattress, desk, wardrobe and others, but you have the option to use or not. Same with pillows and bedding and towels. Shared kitchen has small appliances and kitchenware you can use, as well as plates and utensils. Our household practices good hygiene and cleanliness. No smoking, no pets, no drugs. We are looking preferably for a female tenant as the other roommates are female as well.
