Furnished basement bedroom with private bathroom and private entrance in our family home in Dunbar. 3-min walk to #41 and #49 buses. Bedroom has two doors that lock, double bed with good mattress, linens and duvet, large closet, drawers, large desk, and a sitting area. Bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, sink, toilet with bidet attachment, and towels. Tenant has access to a shared space with large fridge (for tenant's exclusive use), large sink (mostly for tenant), large deep freezer (to share), washer and dryer (to share). The shared space includes a counter and cupboards; we can provide a toaster oven, dishes and microwave. There is a large backyard (shared) and plenty of parking on the street. (Note that the fireplace doesn't work). There's good central heating. No pets or loud music. No smoking inside the house.
