Hello! I am looking for a roommate for May-August of 2026, or May-April of 2026. This place is located beside Pacific Spirit Park and is a quick walk to Lord Byng rec. It is fully furnished and newly renovated. A 2bed and 1bath basement suite with a nice family living upstairs. It is 900sf and has two separate entrances. The roommate must be a female and should stay from May 1st - August 31st of 2026. With the possibility to lengthen your stay as we can negotiate it with the landlords :) Rent includes utilities, like heat, water, electricity as well as internet with an insuite private laundry and a secure storage for bikes. It has street parking along the front of the house also (if you have a vehicle). It will be a flat rate of $1500 for the room offered! - max 2 people.
