Short -term rental. May 1 to July 31, 2025: Are you a student looking for a rental space? Perhaps you are a visiting grad student or professor? Look no further! Our basement is available for rent and includes a bedroom, living space, and bathroom. The laundry area is shared, but we do not spend time in your space, only pass through occasionally. The kitchen, located on the main floor, is also shared. Feel free to bring a small bar fridge if you desire to keep perishables in the basement. Nearby, you'll find buses, bike lanes, and quiet streets for biking. We are a quiet and respectful couple in our 50s. One of us is a professor at the UofA, while the other works downtown. We have been renting to students for 20 years. If you are interested, please inquire with some information about yourself and why this rental interests you.
