I’m looking for someone to take over the lease for my studio apartment. It’s a bright, cozy space that I’ve genuinely enjoyed living in. It’s pretty big for a studio. The layout is open but still feels well separated, with a proper living area, kitchen, and a comfortable sleeping space.. The location is very close to downtown, with lots of transit options nearby, plus grocery stores, cafes, and food spots right outside. Day to day life here is super convenient. The apartment comes fully furnished, so you can move in without worrying about anything. At the end of the lease, I’d either take or sell the furniture, we can figure that out later. If you’d prefer it unfurnished, I can try to work something out as well. All the furniture except the sofa is less than 5 months old and brand new. This would be a lease transfer, so you’d take over as the lease holder until October 31st, 2026, with the option to extend if you’d like. There is free Telus wifi till lease end.
