This is a room of 110 ft.² on the ground floor of three stories house in the Fleetwood area of Surrey, BC. The mattress and bedding in the room are super comfortable. Located near 152 St and 82 Ave, the house is clean, bright and beautiful, only 3 minute walk to the 335, 345 and 375 bus stops that arrive about every 15 minutes, which takes you to King George Skytrain, SFU and KPU in about 20-30 minutes. Not far from grocery, restaurant, library and rec center. Your electricity, heating, water and wifi are included. There are spaces in fridges and food storage for you. Currently looking for one 18+ student to host at the moment, with one room available for now. House rule is no smoking, no drug and no guest.
