The only minor decrease this month seen in unfurnished one-bedrooms was Northwest Calgary (-0.42%). Looking at the city as a whole, the average monthly rent for an unfurnished one-bedroom unit has increased (1.65%), renting for an average of $1,512\/month this month. Prices for furnished one-bedroom units also increased this month (5.22%), to a new average cost of $1,689\/month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At present, furnished units cost an average of $177 more per month to rent than unfurnished units. As of December 2025, furnished units in Edmonton rent for an average of $196 more than unfurnished units.
