Looking at the city as a whole, the average monthly rent for a furnished one-bedroom unit has decreased by (-4.93%), renting for an average of $1,628 this month. Prices for unfurnished, one-bedroom units increased this month by (+4.00%), to a new average cost of $1,630\/month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At present, furnished units cost an average of $2 more per month to rent than unfurnished units. As of February 2025, furnished units in Edmonton rent for an average of $101 more than unfurnished units.
