Across the city, the average monthly rent for a furnished, one-bedroom unit is now $1,958, while unfurnished, one-bedroom units now rent for an average of $1,605 per month. As of June 2023, furnished units in Edmonton rent for an average of $1,368 per month, while unfurnished, one-bedroom units rent for an average of $1,160. suites, apartments, condos, townhouses, semi-detached houses, and single-detached houses for each area.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>When collecting this data, we do exclude luxury properties listed at over $5,000, as well as rooms for rent and shared accommodation.
