Month-to-month, the largest changes were a +8.11% increase in <a aria-label=\"Etobicoke (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/etobicoke\" target=\"_blank\">Etobicoke<\/a>, and minor shifts in <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Scarborough (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/scarborough\" target=\"_blank\">Scarborough<\/a> (+3.56%) and <a aria-label=\"Markham (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/markham\" target=\"_blank\">Markham<\/a> (-3.46%). In other areas like Brampton (-0.03%) and <a aria-label=\"Vaughan (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/vaughan\" target=\"_blank\">Vaughan<\/a>&#8211;<a aria-label=\"Richmond Hill (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/richmond-hill\" target=\"_blank\">Richmond Hill<\/a> (+0.52%), prices barely flinched. <a aria-label=\"Downtown Toronto (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/toronto\" target=\"_blank\">Downtown Toronto<\/a>&#8216;s average rental prices were notably stable this month, with a very slight -0.23% decline. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<br><h3 style=\"color: #fe5f55\">Furnished Toronto rent trends<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Furnished units were much more unpredictable this month. The number that catches the eye right away is <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Markham (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/markham\" target=\"_blank\">Markham<\/a>&#8216;s +49.94% increase, which was expected on some level after last month&#8217;s -24.08% decline in the city. Though not as significant, <a aria-label=\"Scarborough (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/scarborough\" target=\"_blank\">Scarborough<\/a> saw a +12.10% increase, and <a aria-label=\"Etobicoke (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/etobicoke\" target=\"_blank\">Etobicoke<\/a>&#8216;s average prices rose +9.25% while Mississauga&#8217;s fell -6.60%.
