For April, the region&#8217;s rental average for <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/toronto?bedroom_count=1&amp;page=1&amp;furnished=false\" target=\"_blank\">unfurnished, one-bedroom units<\/a> has settled in at $1,776 \u2013 a very slight $4 increase from March. In <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Vaughan (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/vaughan\" target=\"_blank\">Vaughan<\/a> and <a aria-label=\"Richmond Hill (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/richmond-hill\" target=\"_blank\">Richmond Hill<\/a>, prices barely budged, up just 0.24% from last month. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"North York (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/north-york\" target=\"_blank\">North York<\/a> (-0.47%), <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Scarborough (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/scarborough\" target=\"_blank\">Scarborough<\/a> (+0.60%), and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Markham (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/markham\" target=\"_blank\">Markham<\/a> (+1.64%) also saw very minor changes, while <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Mississauga (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/mississauga\" target=\"_blank\">Mississauga<\/a> (+6.42%) and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Etobicoke (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/etobicoke\" target=\"_blank\">Etobicoke<\/a> (-5.33%) had the most significant changes.
