On the other hand, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"North York (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/north-york\" target=\"_blank\">North York<\/a>&#8216;s average prices for furnished units fell -6.17% while in <a href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/etobicoke\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Etobicoke (opens in a new tab)\">Etobicoke<\/a>, averages dropped -4.19%.
