Most notably, rent in <a aria-label=\"Etobicoke (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/etobicoke\" target=\"_blank\">Etobicoke<\/a> increased a huge +22.23% for unfurnished, one-bedroom units. This now makes it the most expensive GTA neighbourhood in February for unfurnished units, although <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings?cities=Toronto\" target=\"_blank\">Downtown Toronto<\/a> saw increases of its own, with one-bedroom, unfurnished units adding an average of +4.57% in rent price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br><h3 style=\"color: #fe5f55\">Furnished Toronto rent trends<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While unfurnished units primarily increased in price this month, furnished units were less predictable for February.
