Metro Vancouver&#8217;s average rent is now at $1,840, up from their already high January levels. Unfurnished units remained comparatively unchanged apart from a few key areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The average price of furnished units in <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/richmond?page=1\" target=\"_blank\">Richmond<\/a> has dipped by -10.00% this month after a massive +68.40% increase in January. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"West Vancouver (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/west-vancouver\" target=\"_blank\">West Vancouver<\/a> has returned to its December levels, falling -31.00% month-to-month, while <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Coquitlam (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/coquitlam\" target=\"_blank\">Coquitlam<\/a> maintains its high rental prices this month with just a +1.00% increase for furnished units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of unfurnished units,  <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/langley\" target=\"_blank\">Langley<\/a> and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/new-westminster\" target=\"_blank\">New Westminster<\/a> saw a notable increase of +10.10% and 10.00%, respectively, while prices in <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Burnaby (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/burnaby\" target=\"_blank\">Burnaby<\/a> have fallen an average of -15.80% since last month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prices of furnished units soared in Vancouver this February, up +20.40% since last month.
