Downtown is one of the few neighbourhoods to have held fast (+0.09% for furnished units, +4.32% for unfurnished), even after December&#8217;s precipitous drops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Montreal&#8217;s other neighbourhoods saw plenty of rental price action this month, with The Plateau-Mont-Royal experiencing the biggest increases in rent, at +23.33% for furnished units, and +10.94% for unfurnished ones. one-bedroom units in C\u00f4te-des-Neiges can now be had for an average of just $872 this January.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Plateau-Mont-Royal now has the most expensive one-bedroom and two-bedroom furnished units, at $1,908 and $2,392, respectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three-bedroom unfurnished units in Villeray-Parc-Extension are cheaper than two-bedroom unfurnished units, on
