Furnished rentals saw the majority of price action this month, while unfurnished units were comparatively stable, but not without some rises and drops of their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The average price of furnished units in <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/richmond?page=1\" target=\"_blank\">Richmond<\/a> declined significantly with a -29.76% drop, with <a aria-label=\"New Westminster (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/new-westminster\" target=\"_blank\">New Westminster<\/a> exhibiting a similar trend (-24.12%) this month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For unfurnished units, West Vancouver saw a drastic +12.15% increase, while elsewhere Surrey experienced a -8.59% decline from last month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Downtown Vancouver, rental averages didn&#8217;t budge much compared to surrounding communities.
