Furnished rentals saw the majority of price action this month, while unfurnished units were comparatively stable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The average price of furnished units in <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Coquitlam (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/coquitlam\" target=\"_blank\">Coquitlam<\/a> saw a steep -21.56% drop, while unfurnished units in the same city hardly budged (-0.40%).
