It went up between three and five percent in Downtown, North York, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Etobicoke (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings?cities=Etobicoke&amp;page=1\" target=\"_blank\">Etobicoke<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings?cities=Scarborough&amp;page=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Scarborough (opens in a new tab)\">Scarborough<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Furnished Toronto rent trends<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Furnished rent in Toronto has split down the board in May. It went up in half of the neighbourhoods and down in the other half.
