Well, for an unfurnished one-bedroom apartment you can expect to pay $1,679 on average \u2014 that&#8217;s up three dollars from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"February (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/blog\/2021\/02\/february-2021-toronto-rent-report\/\" target=\"_blank\">February&#8217;s averages<\/a>.
