As we take a closer look at the reported average rent prices across the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Greater Vancouver Area (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings?cities%5B0%5D=Vancouver\" target=\"_blank\">Greater Vancouver Area<\/a> for December, based on data gathered from numerous listing websites and our own <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"liv.rent (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/\" target=\"_blank\">liv.rent<\/a> platform, we see some upticks in rental rates in certain areas. This month, the trend continues in some parts of <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings?cities%5B0%5D=Vancouver\" target=\"_blank\">Greater Vancouver<\/a> with West Vancouver experiencing a 16.41% increase in furnished rental rates while South Vancouver seeing a 4.64% decrease in these rates. Interestingly, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"North Vancouver, (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/map?cities=North%20Vancouver&amp;housing_types=HIGHRISE&amp;housing_types=HOUSE&amp;housing_types=TOWNHOUSE&amp;unit_types=ENTIRE&amp;unit_types=PARTIAL&amp;unit_types=SINGLE&amp;furnished=true&amp;page=1\" target=\"_blank\">North Vancouver<\/a> saw a decrease of 3.37% in prices for furnished rentals after a rise of 4.6% last month &#8211; suggesting a stabilization overall.
